Introduction NABA DIGHANTA WELFARE TRUST is a non-profit, non-political, and charitable organization established to promote education, healthcare, women empowerment, child welfare, and community development. The Trust operates in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of India. 2. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the Trust’s services, participating in events, or making donations, individuals acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should refrain from engaging with the Trust’s services or activities. 3. Donations and Contributions All donations made to the Trust are voluntary and non-refundable. Donors are responsible for providing accurate personal and payment information. The Trust will utilize donated funds strictly for charitable purposes aligned with its objectives. Donation receipts may be issued as per applicable tax regulations. The Trust reserves the right to decline or return any donation if it conflicts with its mission or legal obligations. 4. Beneficiary Services Beneficiaries seeking assistance must provide truthful and complete information. The Trust reserves the right to verify submitted information and determine eligibility for any program or benefit. Assistance provided by the Trust is subject to availability of funds, resources, and program guidelines. 5. Volunteer Participation Volunteers associated with the Trust must maintain professionalism, honesty, and respect while performing their duties. Any form of misconduct, illegal activity, discrimination, or misrepresentation of the Trust’s name may result in immediate termination of volunteer association. Volunteers are expected to follow safety instructions during events and programs. 6. Events and Programs The Trust organizes educational initiatives, medical camps, awareness programs, and community development activities. Participants must adhere to event guidelines and safety measures. While the Trust takes reasonable precautions, it shall not be held liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from unforeseen events, including natural calamities or third-party actions. 7. Use of Website and Content All content, logos, photographs, documents, and materials belonging to the Trust are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of such content without written permission is strictly prohibited. 8. Privacy and Data Protection Personal information collected from donors, volunteers, and beneficiaries will be used solely for official Trust purposes. The Trust does not sell or share personal information with third parties except where required by law or with prior consent. 9. Limitation of Liability The Trust shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of its services, participation in programs, or reliance on information provided. 10. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal.
